I move to Boulder. True story. I have a lot of unpacking to do, and it won't feel like my city until I go out on patrol (bike riding[planned for tomorrow]). Any suggestions on how I can acquire/make a pair of red overalls (not coveralls) on the cheap? I have no previous experience making pants or clothes. They're for a costume to be worn once, possibly again, but that's not completely necessary.
