I have been reading this wonderful story for a while now, and have enjoyed it so very much! Today I read the last 3-4 chapters, and finally managed to catch up on it. I love this! The Jack and Ennis in this story are both so sweet, young and innocent - you just have to love them! The strong feelings between them so real and intense. Two young boys in love, and you manage to make it all so believable. This last chapter was absolutely beautiful! Sweet Ennis giving his Jack such a wonderful birthday. Now I can`t wait for the rest of his birthday!;)Looking very much forward to your next update!

Nice to have the story continuing! Was very anxious to read about the big birthday! Had to laugh when Jack said that Cindy's scream could probably be heard from space if she knew about he and Ennis. That was quite funny. I also sort of smiled about Jack having to skip around the room, but felt sort of sorry for him too....at least I know how I'd feel if I had to do it. Oh, I han't guessed that Ennis was going to get Jack to ride a horse....guess I should have seen it coming being he told Jack to wear jeans and boots, duhhhhhhh I enjoyed the riding scene and liked this description: "Ennis saw confidence shine out of him like the sun bursting out from behind a rain cloud." And I liked when Jack was teasing Ennis by lifting off the saddle. I wonder what Ennis has for Jack in the rucksack, especially since Ennis is nervous about it....and I wonder what's in the letter and present that came in the mail for Jack. I'll be waiting for Part 2!!!

I wish Ennis would give *me* some riding lessons! Seriously, though, it was a great chapter--I love Meli for helping arrange the whole thing. We all know there's nothing sexier than a man on a horse (well, you know . . . )--glad Ennis got to see Jack that way too. But now of course I'm eager to see what comes next! The hot birthday night! This was so romantic. A ride through wildflowers to the creek and one helluva kiss!

He let his eyes roam to Jack’s ass, lifted slightly over the saddle, and showcased in tight denim.

“Jesus,” he groaned, grabbing the reins tighter. “We gotta get goin’ ‘fore I do something right here.”

“Sure enough,” Jack said, sitting back up and grabbing his own reins, as if he hadn’t just near drove Ennis crazy with desire.
