Enh... Jack was a captain before Will got the medallion, which happened when he was 8 or so, right? And he was a pirate for a while before that, at the least; he implied that he'd known Bootstrap for several years, whether as his captain or as shipmates. So he could conceivably have a seventeen-year-old child at the time of PotC, assuming she was born when he was pretty young.
Now, having a child like this is an entirely separate matter. *sporks the demon-spawn pretending to be me*

"Well she doesn't really like pirates that much the only pirate that's her friend is Jack. Oh yeah and me."
Wait a minute..... is this the same Elizabeth who thought "Oh wow! Pirates are nifty!" in the movie? Because I thought she had a pirate obsession since at least the age of seven. Whoops! Silly me.
I just can't understand what it's saying half the time. It reminds me of Ebert and Roeper's review of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen:
"This film fic is odd, loud, unintentionally funny, and quite awful."
"And did you say completely incomprehensible?"
Perhaps it's a good thing that we can't completely delve into the mind of this Suethor. But sheesh...
Oh, and apparently I am on fanfiction.net's enemy list or something. I tried reposting my PPC story--the prologue, with no actual PPCing in it--and it got removed an hour after I put it up
( ... )
I am inspired to write a YouJack. I want to write a YouJack and somehow, somehow, make it good. Just through sheer force of will. I know I will fail. But I must try. This is my destiny.
I'll go you one better. I'll write a You-Norrington. See how many reviews i get going "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew!!one!!. I'm in love with a dirty old man!!!1 EWWWWWW OMG GROSS, LOLZ!!!1"

Besides being Jack's daughter you are also going to be Will's new girl.
*squints at the screen* Uh... Now, wouldn't Will be in his friggin' 50's or 60's by now?
