Many apologies for the lack of Sue yesterday. I would say that Catherine Swann and that scary-ass trollfic (which is, thankfully, gone now) broke me for a while, but my pain threshold is actually higher than that. In actuality, my computer is just a thing of evil that would not allow me to go online. Anyways, I'll do two Sues tommorow since it's a ( Read more... )

Bubbles of excitement and humor swirled within Lisa, making her feel as a bottle of champaign.

*Choke* I think that may very well have been the worst thing I have ever read.

Damn it, Will, what are doing comparing your beloved Elizabeth to the Sue? Elizabeth could kick her ass, no problem. I want to know why people insist on screwing with the canon, much less poor Will. That boy suffers needlessly from the evils of Sue, and I don't know how anyone could conceivably ignore the fact that the whole reason Will goes on the damn voyage is to save Elizabeth's life.

Look, Sue, I'm very sorry, but Will loves Elizabeth. I know it hurts, but you have to realize he was more than willing to die for her several times. You are neither witty nor particularly charming, and your endless prose isn't flattering - it's annoying.

In addition, your snark is utterly pathetic. Leave and never return. You shame me.

quick witted harpy

Does this author actually know what a harpy is? Will is describing the Sue as being a woman with wings and talons who spends all her time shrieking down in Hades! He is saying that the Sue is a prison warden in the bloody greek underworld!

swirls of lovely hair that practically framed her flaming spirit

If we're lucky, her flaming spirit will make her catch fire.
