Very random, very weird, very nostalgic mood. Suddenly had the urge to go through my old E-mail accounts, sifting through messages sent over 4 years ago. People I once enjoyed, yet completely forgot I knew - many of them probably still added to this journal - and friendships long since dissolved. I have pangs for the E-mails and logs I knew were ( Read more... )

Me too. There are alot of times I miss the old group. It's so weird to think you guys were once my whole life. The real world didn't exist for me, other than having to go to school. And even then, my schoolmates didn't know me, well not the real me anyways. You guys did though. You were my true friends.

Just realized I made it say you guys aren't my true friends.... Which you two are, and a few others from the old days. But most of the people I know, our friendships have fizzled away to nothing.

I miss both you guys a lot. At least there's LJ and MySpace so most of us can be held together by some sort of thread, tenuous as it may be.

Heh, that's right, huh - happy birthday, you. Feel any wiser to go along with that older? :P

I did the same thing - when I was thirteen to fifteen I hung out at alt.fan.monty-python.silliness, and I recreated the whole damn thing and invited everybody because I missed that so much. I *get* it, man.

hehe, wish I could do that. All the old chats are still around, everyone's just gotten on with their lives. Including myself, really, so it wouldn't do any good, 'cause I'd still be too busy. ^_^

I saw this post on my friends page... and I didn't recognize who it was.

It's nice and weird to see you there again.

We had good times. Its not something we could fully recreate again since it was really born from an overabundance of free time and the unwillingness to venture outside. Lives change, people change, but my friendship with you hasn't deminished any. Every once and a while I do wonder what you're up to.
As for going back, hell no. I spent 12 years trying to get out of school and I have no intention of going back. And I'm hoping reincarnation is untrue, that or I come back as something other than human.
Btw, I'm still up for KoF whenever. I own Neowave on the X-Box but for you I'd buy 2k3 and a subscription for Live just so we could play.
