I'm in Oxford, England visiting Oxford University. I'm not exactly sure why, but my dad was determined to incorporate this into our trip. We're going there tomorrow...I'm in Galway right now. We thought my dad had been kidnapped earlier today. This is where the family's from, so tomorrow involves tracing roots and seeing cliffs.

This is costing me money I may or may not have, so peace out.

Just got back from Minneapolis. Tomorrow I'm meeting my family in Chicago and setting sail (taking flight?) on the Monahan Clan's summer excursion to Ireland. I was just sent to pick up a CD, and as I drove past a Burger King, I noticed that they've chosen to resurrect the Burger King Kids Club. Lingo, the dog, the kid in the wheelchair. The whole gang.

And for some reason that's strangely reassuring to me...

...although they're technically not kids anymore.
