We're getting a puppy!!!!

I'm kind of in a Debbie Downer mood today. The life of a survivor is difficult enough, but when you work for a cancer organization and you are surrounded by death, sickness and annoying unrealistic optimism all day it gets a little tiring. difficult photo shoot
I had a photo shoot on Thursday. It was a big realization for me that I don't feel comfortable in my body anymore, not the way that I used to when I was dancing 24/7. I'm older, I guess that means we party
Today is my 24th birthday! Usually I wouldn't ask for anything, but circumstances are slightly different this year, and its for an amazing cause.

Meet the boy and the new life
Alright, you all get some pictures of the boy and of me in the city! There are a lot of pictures of me with babies, but don't worry, they aren't mine. We happen to live ten steps away from our boss (CEO of the cancer foundation) and he has 4 month old twins. So obviously I'm in love with them and will not leave them alone.

big update from NYC
Alright, I know that I have drifted away for a while, but I'm back and here to stay. Hopefully.

- No longer engaged, actually I'm not even dating that guy anymore. Long story short he was a douche who emotionally abused me, stole money from me, and didn't even show up when I had to go into surgery.

wedding postponed
I didn't really have a decision in it. But with all the crap going on in my body I need insurance. And I'll lose it once I get married. Plus there are still some huge family issues going on that aren't even close to being resolved. So the wedding is canceled. We'll get married eventually. update time
I haven't updated in a long time, mostly because my brother is constantly hijacking my computer :(. But right now things are going relatively smoothly. My bone tumor has not changed, although they found a bunch of little bone cysts in my pelvis, weird, but they are considering the tumor to be B9 for the time being! Woohoo! Blood sent to Cali
I met with my genetic counselor for the first time, and when I went in I had no idea what to expect. We went over my family history (or as much as I know about, so half of it) and chatted about my cancer and previous health issues.
