I kept myself up late working on stuff. Couldn't sleep after that because my brain wouldn't turn off. This normally isn't a big deal since ours is the house of late sleepers. My mom gave me a fryer for Christmas! SO exciting. Chicken, okra, and mushrooms are all marinating in their own mixtures of pre-fry gooeyness. Can't wait to see what this does for my cholesterol, but I am sure I will be a happier person with an occasional pile of fried okra to munch. I think I'm getting a fryer for Christmas! I am so excited! This is something I've wanted for ages but have delayed getting myself for various reasons.
