So today the Italian and french camps came which means we had twice as many people as normal. Total we had to put out 9 snacks (three from each kitchen) and serve dinner in 2 shifts of 200 people, with only as much time as it took to get enough dishes done in between. Yesterday as I was working I was being really smart and open the steamer and immediately reached for the thermometer above the steamer. When you open a steam a ton of steam comes out. So trip to Duluth did not go exactly as planned, but was a lot of fun and I now have a wonderful story to tell. So the first week of camp families are coming, families with little kids. (littler than the usual 7) And I'm going to work with the littlest ones! I told them to give me the youngest possible. I'm excited. It's official. I want to hear about all your summers!
