So I figure that since my new spawn has been around for almost two weeks now, I should get off my ass and post some pictures.

( Cut for baby photo dump. But first, some random observations about the last few weeks. )

My God, it's full of cute.

I have a seriously adorable two-year-old and now I WANT ANOTHER BABY, DAMMIT. So cute and such an amazing amount of expression in her face.

7. I'm now addicted to the show "The Deadliest Catch."

If it makes you feel any better, for the first seven months of the 'cuda's life I was stalked by the Blues Brothers. Every damn time I turned on the TV. Fortunately, it was generally somewhere around the car chase.

Baby cuteness does help a lot to help forget the pain in the ass it was to bring them into the world. Plus they are snuggly, which is an extra bonus. If you had one soonish, they'd be able to play together too. With my son being four and a half years older, that's really not something that they're going to be able to do. On the other hand, as a parent, it's nice to have one kid potty trained and somewhat self sufficient while the other one is so young.

Thanks! I'm not sure if she'll stay blonde, but the odds are with our gene pool she will. Even though Tom has dark brown hair, he has four blonde siblings. Combining that with the blonde gene that seems to be pretty dominant in my family, I think there's a pretty good chance she'll stay blonde.
