So I figure that since my new spawn has been around for almost two weeks now, I should get off my ass and post some pictures.

Wow, she's precious! I love her! Congrats on the new spawn, and nice job by kosiah in picking out that onesie. It's the cutest thing!

Thank you! It's always a relief to know that sensible people you know like the name you picked for your kid, because seriously I second guessed myself on her name about 800 times. We didn't actually pick one until it was almost time to leave the hospital and we had to fill out the forms or be faced with not having a name for the next few months for this kid lol.

Dude, I think you need to write a long-ass essay on how childbirth is not filled with ponies and totally sucks. I would definitely read it.

I love the remote next to the kid as a size comparison. Are her eyes blue like Mom's and brother's or is she rocking the dark, swarthy thing like Dad? I can't tell from these photos and I know it's early yet and eye color does change.

Judging from what few photos I've seen (namely: one) I think she kind of looks like her mom. Something about the set of her mouth. Congrats!

Aww, Ivy, good name!

Excuse my bad joke, but if in four years you have another girl, you could name her Holly! And then they'd have their own Christmas carol! Erik would have to settle for the backstory of the Phantom of the Opera.
