The air feels so...heavy.

I suppose it is true when they say one does not know how to appreciate something unless it has been absent. It is rather pleasant to be able to see everything in the sunglight once more.

It...seems the streets have cleared, at least for now. It has certainly been harrowing these past few days to have the monsters roaming so freely. I....suppose I will be attending the party after all. It seems the polite thing to do, seeing how much attention has been given to the decorations of the city. They must have taken a long time to do, it would be rude to ignore such splendor, I think.

As for a costume...I hope I do not look ( TOO ridiculous. )
