I've decided to not be an asshole to my mother. This is going to take a 12 step program, because it's so imbedded in my mind that I should treat her that way. I seriously do love my mom, no joke. How horrible it is to live in my shell of a mind. I seem to have an inability to be courteous to my mother, for I view being nice and abiding the rules of an "authority figure" as being weak.
