My darling seester finally got a job offer from Banner & Witcoff! I am so pleased for her! Of course, this means she's moving to Chicago just a few months after I've left; O, the irony! But at least I'll have someone to stay with when I come visit...

I just got back from walking to the corner store All By Myself. I was even able to make a purchase, AND pay with correct change! One large step towards independence...

and the kitties are fine, too. We are all going to nap now; I shall give a full update later on.

The cab will be here in 37 minutes to take me, my 3 suitcases, my purse, my laptop, and my darling kitties to the airport. For my last meal, I'm having pasta salad and diet cherry lemon lime soda. So I ran into an old high school friend yesterday at the mall. We parted on very bad terms, about 7 years ago, because she screwed me over then lied to me about it.
