Makin' Kimchi
On Saturday I went to my youngest aunt's house with my mother to help her make the winter's kimchi.

Day 2, Week 4
I've been very slowly making my way through the Couch to 5K program, aided by the iPod app.
Normally I'm an anaolog proponent, but in terms of this running program, the Couch to 5K app plus a treadmill (where if I set the setting I have to keep up) are the only way I am able to get myself this far.

Grief
I've had a busy morning so now most of this dream has evaporated.
But I woke up from an upsetting dream, where I had somehow misplaced my grandma.
I lost her,somehow.
I could not find her. And I kept looking. How am I going to find her? How could I lose her?
