OK, well I have thought a LOT over the last few weeks. I read an article entitled "this will hijack your ministry"...and it talked about gossip/judging/faces. it said that if your ministry allows gossip/judging people/putting on "faces", it stops being a safe place for teens and therefor loses its effect.
