I've fallen in love. With my doctor. My doctor! (So technically he's a student intern and isn't actually my real doctor - but he's still in a doctor-like position)

Moving to Seattle was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've never felt so connected before - both to people and the place. My life is turning into a very amusing 'one degree of separation' game.

I just found out that I can obtain citizenship in Belgium! Huzzah!

I work at a middle school in Shoreline, WA (basically Seattle, WA). The other day I met the librarian here. She recognized me. From where? From when I was in junior high over ten years ago back in Spokane, WA - the other side of the state. She was a substitute teacher then and dated my band teacher. I own a Mac and a Subaru Outback. I will soon live on Capital Hill with a lesbian and will hopefully be working for some non-profit organization. I don't eat red meat or pork, in fact the only meat I eat regularly is seafood - especially salmon. Mmmm, salmon. Last Thursday my Dad came down to Bend and helped me pack up all my shit (except I just learned that I forgot my shot glasses - foiled!) and then he helped me drive it up to Spokane - which is where I am now.
