I'm sorry, I usually don't feel so passionately about a freaking recipe, but this pork dish is so good, I nearly ate the whole freaking roast.
Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin with Hoisin Sauce (though I didn't use the hoisin sauce. It's totally unnecessary.)
(And on top of that, leftover soup from last night? A sublime, if weird Asian-Mexican combo.) -
