This reaffirms my belief that all of history is just a bunch of people in important positions making shit off the top of their heads. (Professionalism? What's that?) I just-I am dying here. Could it be any more failtastic?

I'm pretty sure it could, because the Fourth Crusade was even more fail than the Third, but I feel so bad about the sack of Constantinople I don't think I could joke about it. Some kind of milennia-old Still Too Soon.
