banana blueberry coconut bread
Absolutely delicious. I swear my kitchen smells like heaven and this is the best bread I've ever had. Seriously, the pictures don't do it justice.
I didn't use walnuts because I don't like them, and since I was using 9x5 in. bread pans they were only in the oven for 40 minutes instead of 55. Makes two loaves.

a.d.d. to the nth degree
I cannot, for the life of me, focus on my school work. I'm trying to stick to a VERY strict schedule so as to not go insane since there's only three weeks of the quarter left. That schedule means I must have my 15-page paper finished by Sunday night. I have 2.5 pages so far and CAN. NOT. FOCUS.
