Buying a Car??

Dave and I have been talking about buying a car for a while now.  We both have functional cars and some people think that as long as they are functional we shouldn't buy a new car.  Our goal was to save up enough money to buy the car outright.  No payments, no interest, no worries.  The only problem is then you are dropping $20,000 on a band new ( Read more... )

Tyson & I are planning on buying a new jeep towards the end of the year - his main reason he wants me to get a jeep is room for car seats & strollers, etc.
It's insane to be thinking this kind of stuff!!! (But exciting too!)

And yeah, the idea of taking on that kind of debt is kinda scary.

It is very crazy to be thinking about all of these things! But as you said very exciting. It is nice to rely on us and us alone. I think that is one reason that us moving away was a blessing in disguise. It forced us to rely on each other and communicate and take on the world through our own perspectives!

How are the wedding plans going? I went to a wedding at Borios this past weekend and as always...it was beautiful!

We got married on July 21, 2007. We wanted 07/07/07 like everyone else, but we wanted our reception site more. We live in Southwest Virginia.

Hope you don't mind me commenting here.. i saw your post at the 100 lbs to lose com and I can't post there as I'm not a member. But just wanted to say congrats on your progress. I speak from experience, that 200 lb mark is a beotch to break. But you can do it. Lots of folks are cheering you on! Keep making good choices and you'll get where you want to go!

Hey! Thanks for the support! I have been trying to break a higher number for a couple weeks and I have had a tough plateau! Soon, then eventually it will be 200. Thanks for the well wishes! You should join the weightloss group!
