Mark and I are homeowners!

The last two weeks were nail-biting, stressful, and chaotic - because of our past credit histories, we were a 'difficult, but not impossible' case to get approved.  I didn't officially hear from the mortgage company until 5pm the day before closing that everything had been signed off on.  I just burst into tears from

Congrats on the home ownership! I'm sorry to hear it was such a rough process once you finally closed (the hard part is supposed to be getting to the closing). It never even occurred to me that people might steal the pipes. Of all the things to steal...I'm really glad that LeRona did right by you, that much is awesome.
