I didn't tell you? they couldn'y fix my cell phone after having it for 4 weeks, but then my dad looked at it put rubbing alcohol on it to clean the pieece out. and TADA it now works!! hahaha...I can't believe TECHNICIANS...who fix phones for a living couldn't fix it....
