Interesting things I've seen recently:

- a stretch limo pickup truck (2 of them, in fact!)
- a squirrel eating someone's pumpkin (I thought it was just a decoration at first, then it moved and I saw the hole it had made)
- sign guy's sign got changed from "believe in true love" in the morning to "believe in tit love" in the afternoon.  Not sure what ( Read more... )

Zack and I will be up in San Jose all next week.  If any of you up there have time to hang out, any help staving off boredom would be appreciated :)

This means I will be able to hang out with anyone up there who wants to on Saturday evening and Sunday morning/afternoon, but I won't have a car.

It actually feels a little weird to be attending a conference when I don't have a definite role in the community anymore.

Spent maybe too much time wandering through the library of congress photostream on flickr this evening... but I thought I'd share some of the ones I found especially striking, since I've wandered through so many and have them all open in tabs now ;)
