The day they were due back to school Quinn called an emergency last minute rehearsal at her house. And true to her word they did work on their Glee assignment a good portion of the late morning and early afternoon. But after going through it at least 20 times, the blonde was fairly certain they had done enough and were going to kick some ass the next day so collapsed on her bed to take a rest.
Patting next to her on the bed, she motioned Tina over. “I think if we rehearse anymore I’ll be singing this in my sleep.”
Tina took a drink of her water before joining Quinn on the bed. “I couldn’t agree more,” she said laughing, still a little breathless. She was kinda sweaty, so she didn’t get too close to Quinn on the bed, but did lay down next to her and absent-mindedly take her hand. “I’m pretty sure we got this,” she said, feeling confident.
Quinn smiled back and laced their fingers together more. “Definitely. I mean we sound awesome and our choreography is awesome so we are totally going to rock it,” she said just as confidently.
Raising their hands up to her face she pressed a small kiss to the back of Quinn’s hand. “Totally,” she agreed. She closed her eyes and relaxed more into the bed. She was pretty beat and was totally content to just lie here for a little while with Quinn and do nothing. But only for a little while, and then she really hoped they would find something else to do to entertain themselves.
They both just stayed there, holding hands, until eventually Quinn was all rested. Smirking slightly she scooted closer to Tina, looking at her for several moments as a warning or something before she kissed her softly. At the moment she didn’t need to be frantic so she just kept things slow.
Tina’s eyes shot open as she felt Quinn scoot closer to her on the bed. Meeting her smirk with one of her own, she brought her other hand up to cup Quinn’s face as she kissed her back. Running her hand softly down Quinn’s face and brushing back the hair on her shoulder, she lightly pulled Quinn in closer, deepening the kiss but keeping the pace slow.
After a little while of the slow and sweet kissing, Quinn started to feel things heating up and slowly moved on top of the other girl. She still wasn’t in a race but she had just needed a little more. Just as she deepened the kiss, the silence, besides the sound of them kissing, was broken by a ringtone or something that sounded like ‘Single Ladies’.
Tina groaned and broke the kiss, her head falling back against the bed. “It’s Kurt,” she said. Waiting for Quinn to move off her she dragged herself over to her bag and took out her phone, reading his text.
I’m not interrupting anything, am I? When you get a chance, call me.
Tina practically sneered at her phone before replying. As a matter of fact, you are. But fine, I’ll call you in a few hours. Tossing her phone back down she sighed and made her way back over to the bed. “He wants me to call him later.”
Quinn watched Tina as she walked back over and perched her head up on her hand. “Did you, um, tell him about stuff?” She asked as nonchalantly as she could.
Tina looked uncomfortable and just shrugged. “Not really. I talked to him briefly yesterday, and he didn’t ask me right out, but he kept making comments and... he knows. I know he does. He’s not stupid. But I can tell he wants me to admit to it.”
“And are you going to? I mean, we’re going back to school tomorrow. It’s not like we’re going to have whole days where we can just sit in your room and make out and stuff...” Even though Quinn was really going to miss it. And those thoughts were kind of scary since this was just making out.
Tina tried not to look as upset about that as she was. Truthfully, she didn’t want to stop... whatever this was. She didn’t see why they couldn’t just keep up with it until they got bored, or whatever. But she didn’t push it because she thought it was what Quinn wanted. “I... won’t if you really don’t want me to,” she decided, finally.
“I just don’t think the world needs to know our business,” Quinn said, looking at Tina more softly now. It would just feel less special if everyone was always looking at them judgmentally at school.
“I know, but...” She understood where Quinn was coming from, but she didn’t actually mind the idea of this going public. But Tina was used to be judged and looked at funny. Quinn only had to deal with it for 9 months. Tina had a few years on her. “Never mind. You’re right,” she said, finally, deciding to try and not let it bother her. “I won’t tell anyone.” She leaned over and kissed Quinn softly to reassure her. “Not even Kurt.”
Quinn nearly brought up the fact that this was only supposed to be kissing anyway but it seemed like some unspoken thing between the two of them that it wasn’t anymore. She returned the kiss easily, but pulled Tina back down beside on the her after a few moments. She didn’t move to kiss her again though, just content with lying there.
Tina was a little taken aback by Quinn’s sudden behavior, but let herself be pulled down on the bed and rolled over on her side, lightly drawing on Quinn’s arm with her hand. “Something wrong?” she asked softly, trying not to sound too worried.
Quinn stayed on her back and stared at the ceiling, trying to figure out how to say what she wanted to. Well she did but she didn’t want to say it out loud, except after a few more minutes of silence she finally quietly said, “I like you.”
Tina stopped all movement and just stared at her for a long moment. She was feeling and thinking about a million things at once. She kinda figured, deep down, that she felt the same way. But she was also kind of confused because she felt like... like there was no way Quinn could actually like her. And she was also kinda scared because if Quinn really did like her, she had no idea where they were going to go from here.
Finally remembering that Quinn was most likely awaiting her response, she said the first thing that came to her mind. “Is that... bad?”
Letting out a big sigh, Quinn shrugged. Sure, the time she actually opened up she didn’t get the response she was looking for. Though she wasn’t sure if Tina saying it back would have made this any less complicated.
“I don’t know, is it?” Usually she hated when people answered a question with a question so she added, “I mean, it doesn’t change the fact that I don’t want to tell people.”
Tina stayed silent for while she turned over the various possibilities this presented in her head. Being honest with herself, even though this certainly didn’t simplify matters, she decided to simplify it as best she could. Quinn liked her. She liked Quinn. They could worry about the rest later.
She propped herself up on her elbow and gave Quinn a kiss on the cheek. “Well, I like you too. And that’s fine, we don’t have to tell anyone, but...” She worded this carefully, “Do you think we could continue this, even after break? We can still keep it a secret.” Despite the fact that Kurt most definitely knew, unless she said it out loud, it was just speculation on his part. And she knew he wouldn’t say anything anyway. They could do this if they were careful.
“So you’d kind of be like, my secret girlfriend,” Quinn said, glancing over at Tina for the first time since she started talking, a small smile on her face. It sort of surprised her how oddly okay she felt with potentially dating a girl.
“Yeah, and you’d be mine,” Tina said, liking this idea more and more. She leaned over, newly invigorated, and pulled Quinn in for an enthusiastic kiss.
It took Quinn off guard but it not in a bad way. It was actually kind of reassuring, so she kissed Tina back just as enthusiastically and half pulled Tina on top of her. They had been interrupted last time anyway, so they had to make up for it.
Letting herself be pulled on top of Quinn, Tina let the kiss go on for a while, entwining both of their hands together. “Ooh, can we go on secret dates?” she asked suddenly, pulling away from their kiss, but continuing to nip and kiss at random areas on her neck.
“What kind of secret dates?” Quinn asked, giggling slightly. It was kind of cute that Tina seemed enthusiastic about this.
“Hmm, I don’t know,” she said, trying to think. “Secret dinner dates, secret movie dates, all the normal dating stuff, but done in secret.” Her dating skills were limited, but she’d picked up a thing or two. “I could cook for you,” she suggested. Though her cooking skills were limited too. “And... oh! There is this pond not far from my house, no one ever really goes there, and it’s pretty shallow and freezes over really well during the winter. We could go ice skating.”
“I like ice skating. I mean, the other things sound fun too,” Quinn said as she looped an arm around Tina’s waist. “You know... this could kind of work out well since our parents know we’re friends. We can spend time together without them thinking something is up.”
Tina felt like maybe this was not the best time to mention that her parents would probably get suspicious anyway, because she was sure they already suspected she was something other than straight. It was the pink elephant living in every room of their house. But it was never mentioned out loud. “Yeah, definitely,” she said. “It also doesn’t hurt that my parents are hardly ever home,” she added suggestively.
Quinn hooked a leg around Tina and pulled her closer before kissing her once. “It’s good when parents aren’t around. Like right now,” she said, just as suggestively.
Tina smiled and leaned into the kiss, deciding to let Quinn do whatever she would with her. “Yes. Right now is perfect,” she said softly. She ran her hands lazily up and down Quinn’s arms, just letting herself enjoy this moment. She ignored the tiny, minuscule voice in the back of her head telling her that she wouldn’t want to keep this a secret forever, but right now she pushed that voice as far back as she could and just decided to enjoy this.
“We got interrupted the other night so maybe we should finish that,” Quinn said, moving her hands up and down Tina’s sides. “If you want to,” she added, placing a few kisses along her neck.
“That sounds perfect,” Tina said, smiling and tilting her head to the side to give Quinn easier access. “If you want to, I want to.” She started to sit up, but brought Quinn up with her. Settling herself in between her legs, she reached around Quinn’s waist, started a small trail of kisses from her jaw up to her lips.
Quinn moved her own hands down around Tina’s waist and eventually onto her thighs, as their lips finally met again. It wasn’t quite the same level of intensity as it had been on New Year’s Eve but they had owned up to their feelings now so it was sort of better.
Tina scooted forward as much as she could until she was flush up against Quinn. She moved her hands up Quinn’s back and moved them to the nape of her neck, intensifying their kiss.
Sliding her hand do it was cupping the underside of Tina’s thigh, Quinn lifted it so the other girl was straddling her thigh. She mostly recalled Tina liking this that night and hoped she could get it right again.
Tina moaned appreciatively, her hand finding it’s way to the hem of Quinn’s shirt and tugging up lightly. Pulling up slowly, so that if she wanted, Quinn could decide whether or not she was ready to take things this far yet. Tina herself wasn’t entirely sure where this was going, but it was somewhere she’d never been with another girl either.
Quinn broke the kiss and helped Tina pull her shirt off, revealing her simple black bra. She was a little nervous but at the same time it was exciting to her. Before she leaned back in to kiss though, she looked at Tina. “Um, I think we should leave our pants on for a while still though...” she said, blushing slightly. She really liked doing this stuff with Tina but now that they were apparently secret girlfriends it seemed like there wasn’t the same reckless and wild attitude they had before. And she was really okay with that because she honestly liked Tina and didn’t want things too rushed. “Is that okay?”
Tina nodded and smiled. “Yeah. I agree.” Now that things were (secretly) official between them, Tina wasn’t worried about being too romantic for a friends with benefits kind of thing. She never really pegged herself as someone who could pull that off anyway. Leaning back slightly to remove her own shirt, she tossed it on the ground before looking back at Quinn, her eyes quickly being drawn downwards. She bit her lip, but stopped herself from taking the bra off as well, and instead kissed Quinn with a vigor that surprised even her, practically sending them toppling over.
Whimpering into Tina’s mouth at the new intensity and the fact that she was now pinned to the bed, Quinn let her hands roam Tina’s mostly bare back. It was a lot different making out with the whole skin on skin thing and so far it was pretty awesome.
Tugging lightly at Quinn’s bottom lip with her teeth, Tina pulled away slowly, ready to explore new territory. She kissed her way down to Quinn’s collar bone, biting and licking here and there. She hopped on down past the bra, but her hands did not. Running them along the sides of Quinn’s back, she moved them across each breast, cupping them lightly as she nipped at various areas on Quinn's stomach.
Quinn arched up into Tina’s mouth and hands and moaned quietly. She lifted one of her hands up to rest on the top of Tina’s head, her fingers combing through her dark hair. Her other hand moved on top of one of Tina’s, squeezing around both Tina’s hand and her breast, causing her to whimper again.
Tina looked up through her hair at Quinn. She really wanted that bra off, and kinda right now. Pulling herself up, she gave her a quick kiss before reached back for the clasp. Not wanting to straight out ask for permission, but not wanting to push Quinn into something she wasn’t ready for, she simply said, “Just let me know if I’m taking things too far, okay.”
Sitting up to give Tina more access, and as if that wasn’t enough consent, Quinn nodded in agreement as well. “Does that mean yours can come off too?” She asked, smirking against Tina’s neck.
Tina felt herself smirk slightly as she easily snapped off Quinn’s bra. “Yep,” she said, giggling quietly. “You wanna do the honors?” she asked, teasingly.
Quinn looked between them as her bra fell away then quickly unsnapped Tina’s before peeling the straps down, her hands lingering on her shoulders for a moment before removing the garment. “Wow...” she said quietly, mostly to herself once they were both topless.
“I know,” Tina said, slightly breathless, feeling her eyes widen as they tried looking everywhere at once. She reached down and pulled Quinn up towards her, letting out a small gasp at the feel of Quinn's breasts pressed against hers. She buried a hand in Quinn's hair, the other stroking her back and kissing her hungrily, moaning loudly as she straddled Quinn's thigh and rocked against it.
There was a sensory overload going on in Quinn’s head with all this bare skin everywhere. She let her hand move down Tina’s shoulder and arm until her fingers were tracing over her ribcage. Kissing a few more minutes, Quinn moved her hand up to the cup the side of Tina’s breast, her thumb rubbing circles tentatively.
Tina’s head fell back as she continued to rock against Quinn’s thigh, a little faster now, her breathing becoming quick and labored. She moved her hand from around Quinn’s back and rubbed a thumb across her nipple, experimentally.
Quinn gasped as she felt Tina’s fingers on her nipple. She hadn’t realized that was something that could feel so good. Feeling more confident, she moved her own hand over to brush across Tina’s nipple. “This feels good,” she said quietly and arched her back more into Tina’s hand.
Biting her lip, Tina placed her head on Quinn's shoulder, placing a random kiss there, before untangling her hand from blonde hair, and pushing Quinn down lightly. Scooting herself down some, she leaned down and flicked her tongue against Quinn’s nipple before taking it in her mouth, and nipping at it softly. “This too?” she asked, her voice slightly strained.
“Oh my God,” Quinn moaned out before she could stop herself. Moving her had up to tangle in Tina’s hair, she massaged the girl’s scalp. Once her brain could function again she nodded and said, “Yes,” breathily.
Feeling encouraged, Tina moved her mouth over to Quinn's other nipple and repeated the process. She pushed her leg up in between Quinn's while lifting one leg over her waist in order to get easier access. Straddling Quinn's thigh once more, she continued to grind against it, her hands now moving everywhere she could get them. Her body felt hot and itchy, and she moaned loudly, knowing she was close. She sped up, her leg rubbing against Quinn more aggressively now; determined.
Watching Tina was almost more of a turn on than anything she was doing to her body, though that all felt pretty amazing too. Moving back against Tina just as much now, Quinn ground against her leg shamelessly, feeling that built up pressure about to let go again.
“Tina,” Quinn moaned involuntarily again and rocked against Tina harder as she started shuddering as she came.
Tina stared, transfixed, at Quinn's face as she came. Not far behind, she sped up still, her hands now gripping the sheets on either side of Quinn, as she buried her face in Quinn's chest. She cried out suddenly, something nonsensical, and threw her head back, jerking against Quinn hard as she came. Panting somewhat, she dropped her head down, still riding out the last of her orgasm.
Quinn was in a daze but she did her best to pull Tina up so their faces were more level. Though she was still breathing pretty hard she leaned forward and kissed Tina gently before saying, “wow,” quietly. She seemed to be saying that a lot.
Tina returned the kiss, and placed a few more on Quinn’s jaw and neck before rolling over onto her back. “Yeah... That was pretty amazing.”
Even though they were both cooling down after what happened, Quinn moved to her side to face Tina and reached out a hand to trace over her breast. She hadn’t really had a chance before to look at them and was actually pretty curious. She wasn’t trying to start anything so kept her touch light. “I like doing this stuff with you. But... We have more than just making out and stuff in common, right?”
Tina glanced down briefly at Quinn’s hand, scooted just a little closer, turning her head to face her. She was actually really glad Quinn had brought that up, because it was something she’d been thinking about lately. They had never really sat down to just talk about anything, they always got distracted by each other before they could. “Well... we have Glee.” But that wasn’t much to build a relationship on. “But I actually don’t know that much about you,” she said, softly. “I want to though.”
“Maybe we should work on that then,” Quinn said, moving had hand down to rest on Tina’s waist. It was hard to have a serious conversation if she was distracted by how awesome her boobs were.
“I just--” She paused, thinking of how she wanted to word this. “Obviously things didn’t work out between me and Finn and it wasn’t because we didn’t love each other, but I wasn’t honest with him and I did some bad stuff. And even though I try to pretend that last year didn’t happen, it did. And I just want to learn how to be your friend. Well and more. But I think we should be friends too. If that makes sense,” she said, sort of rushing her words so she would say them before she lost the nerve. It was hard for her to be open about her emotions like this.
Tina listened carefully, her stomach turning slightly at the mention of Finn. And she realized that this was the first time she’d ever heard Quinn talk about what had happened last year. But this was what she wanted, she wanted Quinn to open up to her. “It makes sense,” she said finally, thinking about how she and Artie had been best friends for a good year before getting together. “I want that too. And I want us to be honest with each other, because I messed things up with Artie the first time by not being completely honest with him.” Though the situations were very different, and eventually Artie had forgiven her.
Quinn wasn’t too pleased hearing Tina talk about her ex-boyfriend either, but they were trying to have a conversation and it was sort of unavoidable. “Well I’m glad we’re on the same page on all of this.”
“Yeah...” Thinking that this was probably the best time to tell Quinn about her fake stutter, she suddenly got cold feet. She tried to tell herself that it was a long time ago, and she hadn’t had it for almost a year, and that there was no point it bringing it up. Even though they were just talking about being honest with each other. But she didn’t want to ruin this by scaring Quinn off, or making her realize that Tina was some kind of loser and not worth her time. But figuring that not that long ago, Quinn probably thought that about her anyway, she decided she might as well.
Looking anywhere but at Quinn’s face, Tina blurted out quickly, “My stutter was never real.” Feeling herself blush, she kept her eyes trained to the ceiling.
Quinn just blinked a few times, thinking about Tina’s confession. When she thought about it, she realized that she hadn’t heard Tina stutter in a really long time, but she just pinned that on her getting better or working through it. It really took her off guard that it hasn’t existed in the first place.
But the news that the stutter was a fake didn’t really change anything between them. She was mostly just glad that Tina was being honest with her. “Well I guess I’ll know now if you’re ever speechless with me it’s because I caused it,” Quinn finally said, smirking slightly.
Tina turned her head slowly to look at Quinn, wondering if she’d heard her correctly. She didn’t appear mad or disappointed or anything that Tina expected her to look. She was just smirking and cracking jokes. And before Tina even knew it, she started laughing. “That... was not the reaction I was expecting.”
“Well I mean, I don’t really get it, but I’m not going to be mad at you or anything, if that’s what you were expecting,” Quinn said shrugging.
Tina shrugged as well. “I guess, yeah, that’s what I assumed would happen. Or that you’d just thing I was incredibly lame and not want to be with me anymore.”
“I think comparatively, my offenses are a lot worse than yours so if anyone is going to stop wanting to be with the other I would think it would be you having second guesses,” Quinn said, matter of factly. It did sort of worry her, but Tina knew that she used to be a not so nice person. But people could change as she was trying to prove.
Tina didn’t disagree with her, but she didn’t think it was fair to hold anyone’s past against them, especially if they were really trying to change. And she could see that Quinn had. “Well, I’m not,” she said, taking Quinn’s hand in her own. She leaned over and kissed the closest part of Quinn to her, which happened to be her shoulder.
“Well me either, so... I guess we’ll just have to give this thing a try,” Quinn said, smiling slightly over at Tina. “So, do you think we should get dressed? We can go get a snack if you want.” She was feeling pretty good about the conversation she and Tina had just had but was sort of getting thirsty, and emotional talks were sort of draining...
“I guess so,” Tina replied with a smile. She sat up and nodded, “Yeah, I’m kinda starving actually.” Scooting herself off the bed, she just grabbed the hoodie she’d brought with her, throwing it on. She could bother with the bra and shirt and whatnot later. She smoothed out her hair and pulled it into a ponytail, checking herself in the mirror to make sure she didn’t look too incriminating in case Quinn’s mom came home soon.
Quinn grabbed her bra and t-shirt and put them back on again before leading the way out of her room and to the kitchen. “Well we didn’t really have a lunch break, so that’s probably why,” she said as they went down the stairs. “So what do you want to eat? I think we have leftovers. Or I can make pasta or something.”
“Leftovers is fine,” she said as they made their way into the kitchen. “Unless you want pasta. I’d probably be fine with whatever.” She wasn’t very picky, but she also didn’t want Quinn to go through the trouble of having to get or make her something specifically.
“I think we have leftover lasagna so it’s kind of a compromise,” she said then dug through the fridge until she found the container. Cutting a piece for Tina and then herself she put them on a plate and put them in the microwave. “I wish school didn’t start tomorrow,” she said, leaning against the counter, waiting for their food to cook.
“That sounds perfect,” Tina said happily, pulling out a chair to sit down, tucking her legs underneath her.
She’d actually been regretting going back to school lately as well, but that was only because she’d thought this was going to be ending then. However, since that was no longer the case, she was now kinda looking forward to it. “Really? I dunno, I’m looking forward to it. Not so much classes, but... well, Glee really.” For the most part she enjoyed school, at least she did well in it, but Glee was pretty much the highlight of her week.
“Yeah, I’m looking forward to Glee, but I also have Cheerios practice,” she said, hardly enthusiastic. “Since it’s so cold out and there’s basketball practice after school, Coach Sylvester has us doing morning practices. They suck.”
Tina wrinkled her nose at the idea. “I bet.” In that case, Tina understood perfectly why Quinn was regretting school. She didn’t like having to be at school any earlier than was absolutely necessary. That had been one of many reasons why she used to avoid extracurriculars like the plague. “Why did you want to rejoin the Cheerios?” she asked suddenly, genuinely just curious. “I mean, I know you’re good at it, but you really like it that much?”
“I like the way it makes me feel,” Quinn said, taking their food out of the microwave. “And I don’t just mean, like, the social status. It’s other stuff than that. I’m good at it and people look up to me, ask me for help. Plus I like the teamwork. It’s different than what we do in Glee,” she said with a shrug and held out a fork to Tina.
“Thanks,” Tina said softly, taking the fork and food from Quinn, thinking about what she said. Maybe Tina didn’t get the appeal to cheerleading, but she felt like she sort of understood where Quinn was coming from. She liked how Glee made her feel. “I guess... I get that,” she decided on finally before taking a bite of her food. Maybe not all of it, but she got the idea.
Quinn just nodded then ate a bite of her own food. “You know, I think lasagna is better as leftovers,” she said randomly a few bites later. “It’s probably my favorite food. What’s yours?” That was a reasonable ‘getting to know you’ type topic, right?
“Probably Xiaolongbao,” she answered immediately. “It’s a kind of dumpling from Shanghai. Well, not kind of, it is.” She remembered how her dad used to make them for her whenever she got sick as a little girl. But it had been a while since he’d done that. Still, it remained one of her favorite foods to this day. “That’s where my dad’s family is from.”
“I wouldn’t even be able to repeat that,” Quinn said, giggling slightly. “Maybe I’ll have to try them some time though. Hopefully the lasagna is good for now.” She took another bite. “So, your dad was born in Shanghai and then moved here? Have you ever been there? I’m sure you still have family there.”
“Next time I get some, I’ll save you a few,” she said, smiling. “But I agree, leftover lasagna is awesome. So yeah, this is good.”
Tina took another bite before answering. “Yeah, he moved here when he was still pretty young. I’ve been a couple times. My grandparents moved here not that long ago actually, they’re staying with one of my uncles. I still have some family there, but I haven’t been in a while.” She wasn’t as close to her dad’s family, mostly because they were kind of all over the place, unlike her mom’s family, who all lived in Ohio.
“What about you? Where’s your family from?” she asked, really glad that they were finally starting to have these kinds of talks and getting to know each other better.
“That’s so cool. I wish my family was from somewhere exciting. They’re mostly just from Ohio though I have an Aunt that lives in Philly. She was on my dad’s side though, so...” she trailed off a little awkward. “So, we don’t really see her anymore.”
Sensing that the subject of Quinn’s dad was a sore one, Tina didn’t want her to have to dwell on it. “My mom’s family is all from Ohio. It’s nicer actually, we’re all fairly close. It’s cool getting to travel and all, but I think families work better when they all stick close by.” Which reminded her of something. “Also, I don’t think I told you this, but I guess you made a good impression on them or something, because my mom said I should invite you over for dinner sometime. But really, I just think she wants someone else to tease me with,” she said, pouting a little.
“Really? Is there a lot to tease you about?” Quinn asked, smirking. “Because I could think of a few things, though I don’t think I would want to do that in front of your mother.”
Tina narrowed her eyes slightly. “Oh really?” she deadpanned. “Then I’d have to get you back, and I certainly couldn’t do that in front of my mother,” she said, already unable to keep her straight face.
“Definitely not,” Quinn said in agreement, still smirking. “So I’ll be on my best behavior if I come to your house for dinner. My mom mentioned you eating here too. But I’d need a promise that you would behave too.”
“Good,” Tina said, returning the smirk. “And I promise that I’ll be good too.” Setting down her fork, she leaned over, her mouth only a few inches from Quinn. “But I don’t have to behave right now, right?” she asked, closing the distance between them for a kiss.
“Definitely not,” Quinn said again then closed the distance between them for a short bit sweet kiss. “Are you always going to be this insatiable?” She asked, grinning.
Tina pretended to think hard about that question. “I’m afraid so,” she said, sighing mock-dramatically. And as if to prove her point, she went in for another kiss. Not lasting too much longer than the last one, she eventually pulled away and smiled. “I hope that’s not going to be a problem,” she said suggestively.
“I think I could get used to this,” Quinn said a little shyly. The whole ‘sex can be good’ thing was completely new to her (not that they were even having sex, or at least Tina didn’t seem to think so and Quinn mostly agreed with her) so admitting that she wanted it probably just as much as her sort of secret girlfriend was a little difficult.
Tina smiled easily, sitting back down in her seat. It wasn’t like she’d had an extensive amount of experience when it came to these things, and definitely not with another girl. But she knew what she wanted, and that just so happened to be Quinn. So she wanted to do whatever she could to keep her around. “Yeah. Me too.”
