Would You Rather...
Be single, or in a serious relationship? Depends on how "serious" serious means, and by that, I mean that I'd prefer to be in a serious relationship, but specifically with someone more spontaneous than myself. Or at least more honest with their feelings.
Be a fighter or a sacrifice? Hmm.... I think I'd be a better fighter. I tend to not try as hard when I'm doing something for my own sake as when I feel I need to protect someone else that I care about.
Be street-smart or intellectual? I am intellectual, and I wish I were more street-smart.
Live alone, or with a room mate? With a roommate, as long as we could have our alone-time. I'm one of those people where, if I spend too much time alone, I start getting really withdrawn, antisocial, and moody.
Live a short, exciting life, or a long, quiet life? I don't know. The thought of living for a long time kind of freaks me out, but I think I'd rather have a quiet life.
A little-known fact about you: I'm awful at expressing when I care for someone. There are a few people I really love who probably have no idea.
Who do you look up to as a model for how to live your life? One of my closest friends. She's nearly my opposite and yet very similar to me, so I can still relate to her. While I've adapted well to making use of my own strengths without any help, I kind of use her as a pillar of strength in situations that require me to play on my weaknesses. Like, say, emotional honesty or optimism.
What do people appreciate most about you? People in general seem to appreciate my intellect... in fact, that's all most people can think to say about me since I'm pretty distant and taciturn. My few close friends, however, call me sweet. It's the term I hear the most from them.
Three positive words to describe yourself: Stubborn, loyal, protective
Three negative words to describe yourself: Self-critical, over-analytical, moody (it's technicially five words, but I don't particularly care)
What quality do you value most in others? Honesty to self. I like people who just openly and confidently say what they feel and think.
The world's not a perfect place. What would you want to change about it? To be honest, I'd change it in ways that would make my own life better. I'd take certain things out of it, things that have me too afraid of consequences to be in in charge of my own destiny. I'm a bit selfish.
You're not perfect, either. What would you change about yourself? I'd like to be emotionally stronger.
Do you believe in people? Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't.
In yourself? ... well, I believe in my own compentence, but myself as a person... not really. I'm hyper-aware of my own flaws and shortcomings.
If you were given the chance to become one of the characters for a short period of time, who would you choose? Hmm... I don't know. I'm a decent actor, but I could never make myself extraverted enough to be Yuiko... so I think it might be fun to be Yayoi.
If you had the chance to become a part of the Loveless-verse (as yourself) for the rest of your life, would you take it? Not unless the person most important to me could and would want to come with me.
Who is your favorite character? It's roughly a four-way tie between Yuiko, Yayoi, Yamato, and Kouya.
Your least favorite? Not really fond of either of the Zero boys.
Show us 1-2 pictures of yourself! (No cosplay pictures, please) If you don't have a picture, give a brief description of yourself.
Note: This is not a mirror rating, however, seeing what your aesthetic is does tell us more about your personality!
Chin-length brown hair, usually pretty messy. Androgynous, lanky, gets mistaken for a fourteen-year-old boy a lot. Apparently a very expressive face, although it's not intentional.
OPTIONAL BONUS QUESTION*
Defying all expectation, a group of Scottish marine biologists capture a live Loch Ness Monster. In an almost unbelievable coincidence, a bear hunter in the Pacific Northwest shoots a Sasquatch in the thigh, thereby allowing zoologists to take the furry monster into captivity. These events happen on the same afternoon. That evening, the president announces that he may have thyroid cancer, and will undergo a biopsy later that week. You are the front-page editor of the New York Times: What do you play as the biggest story?
Combine Sasquatch and Nessie into one story connecting the phenomenon of mythical creatures suddenly appearing.
