Informed consent is an extremely rare occurrence in Singapore.  Well it certainly is on a C class ward full of dozy ah mms/ah peks and their non-English speaking relatives, at least.

Does the concept of battery not exist over here?

1.  Transformers is a damn freakin' awesome fillem!  I totally dig geeks who save the day.
