So, true to form I completely lost track of what I did what day. Had a day or two of being a bit rubbish, but managed to do something most days. Am going to actually start keeping track of things properly this week, and see how that goes. -
Update
So, further to my post back in November about how I was finding it hard to cope with life, I am doing better now. I went to the doctor, and explained that I wanted back on the anti-depressants I was on two years ago. We had a chat, and she seemed happy that I knew what I was talking about, and put me on a low does of Fluoxetine to see if it ( Read more... ) -
Struggling
I'm really struggling to cope with life at the moment, and have been for a while. I thought it was just a blip caused by the upheaval of the break up and moving. But, it's not going away.
