after sitting through an hour long lecture on the dangers of untreated sinus problems and the optic nerve's proximity to many sinuses (and the fact that i got out my stethoscope to listen to my own asthma attack this morning at 6:30am) i have made an appointment to resolve said problems. i am an ass when it comes to my own health. this must stop.
