I've never felt so many things to say with such an inability to express them.

Last night I couldn't sleep. Usually as I fall asleep I think about things and then somehow I drift off in the middle of it. This time about an hour into it I realized I still wasn't close to being asleep, and then for the next 5 hours still nothing. In the past it was in humanity's favor to work together in order to survive. If they had not, they would have perished and we would not exist. I can't help but feel that this capacity for team-work only goes as far as the need to survive. Tribal societies had to get along so that they would help each other out.
