This is why nobody has an excuse not to exercise. If he can make time for an hour to 90 minutes a day, then so can everyone else.

I broke my hair.

You will understand when you see it.

Instead of freaking out and going to get a million other colors in an attempt to fix it and break it further, I think I'm going to leave it like this a while.

Just so long as my scalp turns back to normal color.

I'm still not totally sure what to think of the lack of the bailout for the big 3 automakers.

On one hand, they have been stupid for years.

On the other hand,it was okay to bail out all those banks.

The rosacea on my face seems to have cleared up a lot. As in, you couldn't tell that I have it. I'm not sure why this is - I have been using the (painfully expensive) medication sparingly though regularly.
