RIP job
I went into work yesterday and found out that they're reorganising the company, and my job has been made redundant.
I didn't see that coming. Not even a little bit.
It wasn't the best news I've ever had. I loved my job. -
Bwahahaha
It's amusing to see that news companies who take themselves seriously manage to make a complete fool of themselves by attempting to seriously report an interview with one of the cast of The Chaser's War on Everything as though he were being serious.
The mind boggles. -
Exhaustion

Sick day
Bleh. Here I am at home with the flu. It's only the second day I've taken off sick since I started at this job, unless you count yesterday when I went home early with this bug. I practically need to be dead before I'll take a day off ( Read more... ) -
Worn out
All week, I've been tired with no particular reason for it. Well, today I do have a reason. I was up late with one of the kids last night over a medical issue. It was all sorted out well enough for me to go to work today, but still, I need my eight hours of sleep or I turn into a pumpkin, so someone make a pie with me ( Read more... ) -
Not Dead
Me, I mean.
Gosh, darnit, when I'm famous, nobody will be able to use this blog as a true account of my life for the inevitable biography, will they? I'm just not that dedicated a blogger. Sad, but true.
And what a sad topic to write an entry on. But, I'm not dead.
I am, however, missing ottox. :(
We are still not in our house. Sigh.
