I just caught myself pondering the disturbing yet somewhat intriguing possibilities of minty-fresh tampons.

Mike as discharged form the hospital yesterday morning with orders to move around as little as possible for the next week to ten days at least. He's going in for a cat scan in about 20 minutes and assuming none of the cats cough up hairballs at the sight of him they're most likely sending him home tomorrow with Lovenox and Coumadin, with orders to not move around. He continues to feel fine.

He has a blood clot in his leg. I'm stuck at work until somebody else takes over babysitting duties. I have no clue what they're gonna do about it.

Found house. In-laws still suck. No gun or Xanax to be had. Ten hour drive. Too damn long.

for Saturday I leave for a wonderful week-long visit with the in-laws. I don't like them and I don't trust them. The fact that they will probably be perfectly nice to my face only makes me dread the trip even more. A bunch o' people at his office organized a group trip down to Tunica for some gambling. At the last minute one of the group had to drop out, so they raffled off the extra space on the trip at work Friday. Mike won.
