I like how many of my friends are doing some of the same spying I've done for years. For instance, Tim listens to conservative talk radio while he commutes. If nothing else it's amusing. If we don't make a stand in California, no God-fearing man, woman, or child will ever be able to get through a line in less than 5 minutes at Bed Bath & Beyond or Crate & Barrel because of all the wedding registrations going on. This cannot be!

An online newspaper article I read (but have since lost the link to...) quoted a couple about to get married in the morning as saying they had spent their entire economic stimulus check on wedding trappings. One of the betrothed suggested "Maybe we should send a Thank You note to GWB for funding our wedding."
