Today while buying our tree, I was congratulated on my (now more obvious) pregnancy by the forester who sold us our tree. He is the first person who I hadn't told of the baby who has said anything, so I figure I'm finally getting big enough to be noticed by strangers, which makes me happy. Well, it's been a while, hasn't it? Most excitingly, Spouse felt the Sprog move last night. Mind you, I've been able to feel her kicking around in there for weeks, but she's finally strong enough or turned around enough to make her presence known to others. Pretty nifty.

Went to the ER Tuesday night, left yesterday evening: turns out I have a kidney infection, a common problem in pregnant women. Anyway, painful.
