Well, on Wednesday I went into my OB for a final ultrasound, they needed to check and make sure Sprog was big enough since I haven't gained that much weight. And Sprog was fine (5.5 pounds with 5 weeks to go) so that was a big relief ( Read more... )

Well, since I've been in California, I've been slowly getting to know people, and finally am starting to feel like I'm connected in again. I've my childbirth classes group, a women's bible study group, and a military families support group is starting next week. Spouse and I went to visit Spouse's sister's family in Phoenix, AZ for Christmas. It was a nice visit, despite the fact that everyone but Spouse was recovering from colds. Well, I seem to have come down with a rather horrendous cold, which is made all the worse by the fact that I can't take many medications while pregnant, and that I was already having difficulty breathing and positioning myself for sleep without the added complications of congestion and a horrid body-wracking cough ( Read more... )
