Tonight at work, a girl cut her arm up with a piece of wood. She didn't know why exactly, but I know she feels like the other girls on the unit are ganging up on her. She's never had any incidents of self harm before she came here. That's how it is with a lot of kids. They see others do it so they try it. So I had to take all of her stuff out
