Merry Christmas
It's been a quiet Christmas for me and the three cats. Yes, I did say three. Two are mine and one I borrowed... or am cat sitting... or something. Not sure I'm giving her back though. Monkee's Flashback
Today my lovely roommate and I went up to Maryland to a festival and saw Peter Tork and his band Shoes Suede Blues play. The traffic was ridiculously light and while planning to be fashionably late, ended up arriving right on time. Go figure that one. With every step forward I am more nervous...
Update... As many of you know, I am waiting patiently to hear from the FAA in reguards to Air Traffic Control. After two weeks of waiting patiently... or perhaps not so patiently, I called the HR phone number again. The information I was given is encouraging, but has actually made me more nervous then I was before.

Rebuilding a computer is always filled with ups and downs. Yesterday was the last of a long series of days dedicated to making my new capture card work. After a heart-stopping moment when the computer itself would not turn back on, and even my good friend and beloved IT guy did not have a clue why, it is now back up and running. New Job...
I love my father. He calls yesterday and asks me if I want to make money building websites. Well duh.. Now the only question is am I capable of building what he wants. Only time will tell.
