I bought a new car today.

So, I went to our little debate tournament today for extra credit--and it turns out I'm not as rusty as I thought. The Cal State forensics team was there (the same team that kicked Harvard's ass at Policy debate last year)--and I still placed 3rd in the tournament. I feel old. As I was sitting in ham house, I took about fifteen minutes to observe. Most everyone in our deparment is 17-25, but what about that creepy old guy who still plays Eeyore on Sundays and talks to the princesses in that disturbing I-see-us-as-peers-and-therefore-potential-mates sort of way?
