We saw Stranger Than Fiction last night, the movie with Will Ferrell and Emma Thompson. I highly recommend it, especially if you like semi-philosophical dark comedies. I haven't posted in awhile so this one is mostly for myself. Recuperation has been slow, but over the past few days I've felt a whole lot better. The doctor started treating my asthma more aggressively, and once my body started to tolerate all the medicines I noticed a huge improvement. I've become addicted to this computer game called Book Worm. It's basically a pumped up version of Boggle, but with burning letters that can kill you. I hope the novelty wears off when classes start or I foresee a semester full of procrastination and plummeting grades.

I went to my parents' house for a week, which was about all the vacation I've had this summer. I know, I know, it's not really a sob story. Still, it depresses me that a week's vacation will be typical from here on in. So long, summer, you've served me well ( Read more... )
