dr. meredith (she's not a doctor and her last name is haggerty)'s yoga-like advice has saved my back! except not really. the pain where it was has changed and moved to elsewhere in my back. i need to stay up on her exercises but maybe add some new ones? this is so annoying. damn the physical world. -

i was SO sick yesterday. some random 1-2 knock out punch combination of hell-death (heath) from severge allergy attack and splitting headache--- and of course on a rare day that i have something major to do. so i went to robyn's concert thru the snoppy nose bad headache and feverish medicated haze. it was worth it! she's so hot, the music was great ( Read more... ) -
