Well I am at day three of not smoking and still holding. I am coughing a lot and feel like I'm coming down with a cold. I hope not, cut if the head cold goes to my chest...here I come nebulizer treatments. Whoohoo

Thank you...I'm taking it one day at a time. Somedays it is one hour at a time.
