so on thursday i got this photo assignment that's a scavenger hunt around detroit. not only did it reiterate my hatred for finding a free parking spot, but it also made it really obvious that about 75% of detroit is abandoned. i'm not exaggerating either. go to the eastern market. run down. go around the 100 sq. foot parks. filled with trash.

Tried to download some Zap Mama, only a few songs were found. Any suggestions on certain ones. I enjoyed listening to it.

i can't ever find any songs by anybody i want to hear on the internet. and really i don't know any of her songs in particular. it's not like that. you just get into her grooves and want to keep going. but probably get something from ancestry in progress or adventures in afropea. her older stuff is a bit more acapella. each album she adds more stuff. so those are her newer ones.
