Day 10:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with soy milk
Lunch: Vegetables and hummus and rice cakes
Dinner: Thai chili basil stir fry with chicken, red pepper, mushroom, and asparagus over rice.
Day 11:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with soy milk
Lunch: Left over stir fry from Day 10
Dinner: chicken and cucumber sushi and chicken wings with chili sauce.
