No particular reasons, I just like lesser-used vocab words. -

I'm struggling getting my head into this pregnancy. I know I'm pregnant. I've heard the baby's heartbeat. I've been sick and tired. I've announced it to people. I've heard congratulations and seen other's excitement. All this, and the coming child still isn't real to me.

Mission for the weekend.
While enjoying a very pleasant lunch with princekermit I was asked what my plans and goals are for my SMF this year. I mentioned that I wanted to stay in the moment and see what happens. Yay
Looking at photos of me taken at yoga the othernight, really helps me feel good about things. For once I look at myself in a room of others and I don't look like the fattest of the group. In one photo in particular I look lean and healthy, better than I've looked in years. Yay. -
WOOT!
I'm thirty pounds down! I was standing on the scale when Primrose came up to me and wanted to be picked up. Our combined weight was less than what I weighed alone on New Year's day. It's been a lot or work and there's a bit more to do, but I'm in the home stretch so to speak ( Read more... ) -

Wow
I just tried flying yoga! This involves lifting people in the air with your feet and hanging them in an inverted position. I was lifted and learned to do the lifting. It's amazing and quite therapeutic. It's a free class that meets every week. I'm so going back. i'm hoping to convince the Barbarian to come with me. I think he'll enjoy it.

Yay
Today was the ceremonial last wearing of my pinstripe pants. A few weeks ago, they were one of the two pairs that I could wear. Now I can slide them off without opening them! Yay for being done with them.
