I've come to the conclusion that I should probably be going to therapy/counseling regularly for a while. Can you recommend anyone rad? Bonus points if they bill my insurance directly and I don't have to pay up front, but I will pay up front if I have to.

So one of the joys of Getting Older is that PMS has, for me, become a total emotional rollercoaster.
