Funny work story (old)
So, a couple of months ago, I was picking up new arraignments and some dude on the TV is causing everyone some problems. The Judge, a pro tem, is getting a little edgy. I woke up this morning with a great sense of peace. I woke knowing that my daughter would have no memory of the Bush Administration and the fear it created in its own citizenry. Speedy trip
Two Fridays ago, while I was driving to work, I heard on OPB that Obama was going to be speaking in Bend, OR. Quick like, I called Michelle and we decided that we were trying to get in. I drove by the ticket place at around 9:30 am, and there were around 75 people there. I wasn't too worried about it until I walked over to the office later on ( Read more... ) -
Bend livin' updateish
So, my family is finally together in Bend. I can't believe I lived without my family for a month. Looking back, which was just a couple of weeks ago, it seems so foreign. Two weeks ago, Miles and I moved into an empty house. On Saturday, I drove back to the Pen and then drove a massive uHaul with all of our crap in it back to Bend. This ( Read more... )
