у нас в стране даже меню переводить не умеют. tiger prawns и все такое.
даже на русский, хотя казалось бы носителей языка - каждый второй. (:

We don't have good translated recipe books here because translations are mostly poor. There are some discussions about it in the Russian food blogs right now. It's not like we don't have good translators. It's mostly about ridiculously small fees and publishers trying to have maximum profit with minimum costs. I'd be happy to help to change it because, I think, I have enough skills and experience but the guys I work and worked with have nothing to do with cookbooks. So that's what my post is about basically.
