if youre having stomach troubles, try cutting some dairy out of your diet. i sometimes get really bad stomach problems, and i think its because dairy is too much of my diet and i dont eat enough vegetables. i can easily fix it by cutting dairy things out of my diet and then phasing them back in. that usually helps when my stomach gets all wacky. its worth trying.
but i still suggest sticking to the vegetarian thing. your mom will realize its your choice and it isnt really affecting her, and then shell back down. my mom was all worried about me at first, but she realized its what i wanted to do, and she stopped. now they all just tease me (like you guys) and do things like dangle meat in front of my face. oh and if you want her to stop worrying about you, show her you are trying to still eat healthy. do something like look up a good vitamin to take that will make up for some lacking nutrition or try to balance your diet out with stuff that has lots of protein, like beans and nuts. if i could, i would just eat refried beans for every meal, every day.
