I will restrain myself . . .

But you should know that in your post you're only dealing with his foreign policy, and while I have issues with that you should know that many people take more offense at his domestic policy. For me, the stances he has been taking on these issues, particularly social ones, have been downright icky.

Not to mention that he threw all of the young people in the army under the bus. Our involvment in Iraq was completely unnecessary, and we haven't really accomplished all too much. George Bush is also dealing with gay rights in the worst possible way. He's just completely ignorant, and I'm glad that people are starting to realize he's a total liar, and a horrible leader.
I agree with you but bush does do alot to make people hate him like turning away aid for katrina... because he didn't wanna have to help them in return... and he brings alot of religon in to the mix... but other then the stuff like that i think your right
And the "crazy situations" that he's been saddled with? Uh, those were his own fault, for the most part. He's shot himself in the foot several times. (AND NO LOL DICK CHENEY DIDNT DO IT FOR HIM)
Well, sure, the guy's an idiot. I'm not disagreeing with that. lol. I'm just saying that he's probably the most hated president of all time. I just don't see why.
I dont think he's the most hated president of all time, everyone thinks that because we havent really been familiar w/ politics and social issues w/ another president, so we dont have much to compare to. We only know what we've learned. Plus I'm pretty sure that the people during nixon's time (and other presidents) thought he was the most hated too.
I think at 27%, Bush's approval rating is still higher than Coolidge's was when he left office. It's still too early to tell what Bush's legacy will be. He may very well end up remembered as a pretty decent guy. If history can be kind to Andrew Jackson & Andrew Johnson (okay, so history hasn't been that kind to Johnson, but he was pretty damn racist and, um, impeached in the House), then I'm willing to bet Bush won't be remembered in such a negative light after a time. Clinton is generally regarded as pretty damn successful (as a politician more so than a husband, but we must remember that his ability to keep little Bill in his pants really has very little bearing on his ability to govern), but there were plenty of times during his presidency in which he was seen as anything but (two words: health care). He shut down the government! I know you can blame the Republican Congress for that - and it was so cool when Jed Bartlett did it on The West Wing - but he still shut down the government
